Tuition and Scholarships

Tuition


Tuition and Fees for the 2008-2009 academic year are $8,000. This amount includes a $400 non-refundable registration fee, activities fee, tuition, room and board. These fees are subject to periodic adjustments. The registration fee is due upon acceptance.

Tuition is due in two payments - payment of half the fee is due three days after arrival and the balance of payment is due within three months after arrival.

Housing

All students are invite to live on campus and provided with housing. Married couples are provided with a private apartment on a campus at a comfortable distance from the main yeshiva campus.

Financial Assistance

Students who are unable to pay full tuition may apply for financial assistance. Financial aid could come in the form of work study, loans, or scholarship.

Students wishing to apply for a reduction in tuition in the form of a loan or scholarship are asked to submit a personal statement after they are accepted to the yeshiva program. Personal statements are used by the scholarship committee or donor family members to select scholarship recipients.

Stipends

Students studying for semicha may be provided with a monthly stipend. Stipends are need based, and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Outside Assistance

Assistance may be available from a student's synagogue, JCC, Hillel, or local Federation. (To find your local federation website, see the Jewish Federation List.
