I'm Alive

There is a story of the holy Baal Shem Tov that one time he was traveling with his group of chassidim and they passed by a broken-down shack and to their amazement there was a little boy outside and he was dancing with innocent joy. The baal shem tov sent his chassidim to find out this little boy's story. The chassidim asked "little boy, why are you so happy?" To them he replied," I haven`t eaten or drunk anything in three days, I'm just happy to be alive." When the chassidim told this to the holy Baal Shem Tov, he said that if all the yidden in the world had the joy of this little boy, then mashiach would come right away!!!
Let us put all our nonsense on the side and rejoice in the gift that G-d has given us, shabbat shalom
