The Power of Speech and Promise

Out of nowhere, a 12 year old by the name of Yehudit suddenly lost her ability to speak. Her parents took her to doctors, and they all replied, "It is a miracle that your daughter was ever able to speak! She is missing a section in her voice box."

After some time, a family friend mentioned that they should go see the Lubavitcher Rebbe, "he performes miracles", and they decided to go. When they met with the Rebbe he said to Yehudit, "If you promise to host a Torah class for Jews with all backgrounds when you get older, then you will get your speech back." She replied, "I promise."
Maybe the master of the world wants us to shed some light into the darkness of galut, so he can in turn bring light to our darkness. Shabbat Shalom!
